The production company Oka held an unusual double holiday: the company celebrated its 35th anniversary and International Children's Day. The main characters of the celebration were the sons and daughters of the employees. For the children, a real children's holiday was organized with fun contests, games and surprises. But the most interesting part was the tour of the production sites of the enterprise. The children saw with their own eyes how and where their mothers and fathers work, and they learned about the details that go into making finished products and why the factory is called Oka. A delegation of chief doctors visited the production site of Oka Pharmaceutical Factory

Representatives of the medical community from 12 regions of Russia paid a visit to the production site of PF Oka as part of a working trip to Pavlovsky Municipal District. The delegation included heads of regional competence centers and medical organizations from Udmurtia, Lipetsk, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Tyumen, Kemerovo, Nizhny Novgorod regions, Perm and Krasnodar Territories, the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Sakha and St. Petersburg. The purpose of the visit was to study best practices in production organization and implement lean production principles in the medical field. The delegation consists of 22 people and is part of the Federal Club of Lean Chief Physicians program under the auspices of the Rosatom State Corporation. The visit to the enterprise was part of an extensive exchange program between Russian regions in the field of optimizing production processes and implementing modern management solutions.

Delivery of DN100 high-pressure valves to the Akkuyu NPP construction site

Oka has manufactured and delivered large-diameter high-pressure valves for installation. The valves are being used in the hydraulic testing phase of the first and second circuits of the first power unit. In addition, the total number of valves manufactured for the Akkuyu NPP Unit 1 has exceeded 6,600 units.

Successful completion of preliminary tests of the first prototypes of backflow valves for nuclear power plants

The company's product development strategy for 2026 includes the development and mass production of DN 10-300 check valves and gate valves for use in Class 2 and Class 3 safety systems according to NP-001-15. In the past year, preliminary tests were conducted on samples of AKZ 0401 axial-symmetrical check valves with DN 20 according to TK 3742-015-57180370-2025 and AKZ 0404 lift valves with DN 20 according to TK 3742-023-57180370-2025 in a straight-flow body design, and positive test results were obtained. In the first quarter of this year, we also plan to test samples of AKZ 0405 axial-symmetrical flanged valves according to TK 3742-015-57180370-2025, AKZ 0402 and 0403 DN 20 lifting valves according to TK 3742-023-57180370-2025, and AKZ 0407 DN 50 and 200 check valves according to TK 3742-024-57180370-2025. The entire range of backflow valves is designed for maximum parameters, such as Pp 20.0 MPa and Tr 350 C, and covers all popular types and materials of enclosures, including remote position indicators, for use in nuclear power plants and other energy facilities.

On December 11, 2025, during a developmental partner audit by experts from JSC "PSR" and the Department for the Implementation of the Rosatom Production System in the supplier organizations of JSC "ASE", PF "Oka" successfully completed the third stage of the development of the Rosatom Production System. The range of commercially available bellows valves of the KZO... series according to TU 3742-003-57180370-2005 for military purposes, general industrial design and safety class 4 for nuclear power plants has been increased. Previously, fittings were available in versions KZO 0205... (housing with offset nozzles), KZO 0206... (housing with coaxial nozzles and a duplicate stuffing box), KZO 0207... (housing with an angular arrangement of nozzles), KZO 0208... (housing with coaxial nozzles) with nominal passage diameters up to DN 150 and working pressure up to Pp 10.0 MPa (DN 3...15), up to Pp 6.3 MPa (DN 20...150). Today, the Customer is offered two new valve designs: KZO 0201... (housing with angled nozzles and a duplicate stuffing box) and KZO 0203... (housing with offset nozzles and a duplicate stuffing box). The technical parameters of the entire line have been expanded: nominal passage diameters up to DN 200 (KZO 0206... and KZO 0208...), up to DN 250 (KZO 0201..., KZO 0203..., KZO 0205... and KZO 0207...); operating pressures are: up to Pp 10.0 MPa (DN 3...50), up to Pp 6.3 MPa (DN 65...150) to Pp 4.0 MPa (DN 175, 200, 225, 250). Valves of the KZO... series are a replacement analogue of valves (valves) 14nzh..., 14c..., 15nzh..., 15c..., U26161 and today already surpasses them in many parameters and nomenclature. A distinctive characteristic of KZO valves is the possibility of making the nozzles of the same valve body with different DN or different types of connection (for example: inlet pipe DN 100 – welded connection / outlet pipe DN 80 – flanged connection to the pipeline), which significantly reduces the number of pipeline elements and connections used. To date, the valves of the KZO series... are successfully operated at all operating Russian nuclear power plants, Bushehr NPP, Kudankulam NPP, supplies are underway to the Belarusian NPP, supply contracts have been concluded for the Ruppur NPP.
